The brief
Our production team wants a defensible starting point before discussing dryer improvements. The study covers twelve batches of one product family, using inlet and outlet moisture estimates, batch masses and recorded utility consumption. Reconcile the mass balance, calculate the baseline and examine two operating sensitivities. One data-review call and one findings meeting are included. Equipment redesign, product-quality trials and guaranteed energy reductions are not included.
A running start
Completed: aligned the twelve batch sheets with utility records and listed the data questions.
Current: reconcile batch mass balances and calculate the two agreed sensitivities.
Confirm traceability of every reported batch value and agree which missing measurements matter most.
Working together
Confirm the deliverables, review checks and response window together so everyone knows what a successful handover looks like.
Record the requested change, its reason and its effect on deliverables, budget and timing. Both parties agree the revised scope in writing before the additional work begins.
